PEOPLEsource continues to expand and has opened another branch surrounding the GTA market. "Brampton is one of the fastest growing cities in the GTA and the 11th largest city in Canada", states Nalli. "The employment market is increasing in Brampton hence this strategic placement of this office will help us better service both our clients and candidates."
*The latest census report indicates that Brampton has undertaken the 2nd largest population increase in 25 years. PEOPLEsource is optimistic that this 33.3% increase will strengthen the job market as new business and company opportunities are continuously developing.
Cianciulli states, "We intend to continue to grow our current product offerings through additional strategic acquisitions in key markets and take advantage of the significant opportunities in this expanding industry." Cianciulli continues, "Our sincere commitment to employees and people translate into high quality service to our clients. Our team is rewarded with incentives and we all have fun. We will continue to grow because our people allow us to."
This staffing firm has not only taken the staffing industry by storm, but they are creating new standards on what customer service really means. Recently, for example, Nalli interviewed several clients within each market to learn how our clients view their services. "The common thread was that our clients were very pleased with our service, our communication, our testing, our response time, and more," states Nalli.
Their loyal candidates and clients have afforded them the business contacts and customer support necessary to offer distinctive 'staffing with a personal touch'. PEOPLEsource prides themselves on being large enough to service, yet small enough to care.
PEOPLEsource has a bright future ahead of them. They continue to source for new opportunities in various markets including the US, Europe, and Asia.
