John Nalli, President of PEOPLEsource, began the endeavor after gaining several years of experience with other highly-successful staffing firms in Ontario. Frustrated with the larger firms lack of attention to client needs, John decided to venture out, partnering with long-time friend and successful entrepreneur, Frank Cianciulli who had demonstrated a track-record for success through his company, Enunciate Conferencing. John and Frank identified a market opportunity, a recruiting firm that leads by example, personifying a true entrepreneurial spirit within the staffing industry, which demonstrates honesty, integrity and partnership to both clients and employees.
This spirit and force has proven to be a great success for this ambitious young start-up. Not only is PEOPLEsource enjoying its Mississauga News Reader’s Choice Award, but the firm has also been short-listed for Profit Magazine’s Hot 50, which highlights the nation’s top 50 companies, ranked by three-year revenue growth.
