PEOPLEsource Staffing Solutions sells partial assets to Co-founder in re-branding effort

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO—(December, 2009) – PEOPLEsource Staffing Solutions announced today that Frank Cianciulli, Chairman & CEO, sold a marginal amount of PEOPLEsource’s assets to co-founder John Nalli for the re-branding of the Mississauga branch to become, People Store.
“The Mississauga branch has always been well established in the temporary division of industrial and clerical positions and we are confident John will continue to flourish in those areas” said Frank. Frank would like to wish John and his team success down their new path. “We don’t see this as a departure but simply a division to multiply as we both focus our joined vision to be Canada’s premium professional search firm”.
