Frank Cianciulli - Chairman & CEO
Frank Cianciulli was born in Toronto, Ontario on November 29th, 1972. He holds a Bachelor in History and Political Science from York University (1997). Frank sits as President and CEO of The Streaming Network, the latest in a string of successful companies he has built from the ground up.
In 2001, with six years of conferencing expertise under his belt, Frank co-founded and established Enunciate Conferencing. By design, this company would not only provision traditional conferencing services, but would also introduce next generation conferencing and collaboration services in anticipation of future market demands. Enunciate started off with the single most fundamental conferencing product of that time (reservationless audio conferencing), perfected it and then proceeded to launch one successful product after another. Within less than five years, Enunciate launched nine collaboration products founded upon leading-edge technology and impeccable customer service. Enunciate has been ISO 9001-2000 certified since 2003 and was the 1st conferencing provider in the world to attain ISO Certification, setting the bar for other CSPs. In 2007, Enunciate was named one of the Top 20 Best Small and Medium Employers in Canada. Queen's School of Business and Hewitt Associates ranked companies according to survey results, which were based upon employee opinions, organization practices and perspectives of the organizations' leadership teams. In addition, Frank was named one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40tm for 2006, which was presented by Caldwell Partners International and officially announced by the Global and Mail. He also received the 2007 New Generation Business Excellence Award from the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Toronto. Frank took the spotlight in Partners, the official Italian Chamber of Commerce. In 2004 and 2005 Enunciate was listed as one of Profit Magazine's "Hot 50" Canadian companies.
With the intention of replicating Enunciate's success, Frank founded Peoplesource Staffing Solutions. Peoplesource opened its doors in September 2003 and quickly put its expansion plan into motion. In three short years Peoplesource has grown from one branch office to six and has increased its gross revenue by over 300%. Peoplesource provides technology, engineering, finance, clerical and industrial staffing as well as on-site workforce management services. Peoplesource is one of the fastest growing recruiting firms in Canada and has placed on Profit Magazine's "Hot 50" List in both 2006 and 2007- the maximum amount of times to be considered. Early 2009 Peoplesource was honored to receive The Best Workplaces 2009 award, ranking 9th in all of Canada. This award is based on the internal workings of an organization whereby trust and comradery are the determining criteria. Most recently PROFIT Magazine declared Peoplesource the Fastest Growing Staffing Company in Canada as per the PROFIT 100 and opening yet another branch in Burlington during the summer of ’09, Frank has duplicated the success Enunciate shared and is confident in further expansion.
Four short months after the launch of Peoplesource, Frank co-founded One Connect in January 2004. One Connect provisions business-class VoIP services to the Canadian market and currently serves 19 regions in the GTA. In June of 2004, he then proceeded to co-found Momentum Conferencing. Momentum Conferencing is a key conferencing player in Western Canada and the U.S., offering audio, video and web conferencing, as well as residential and commercial VoIP services. In 2006, Frank also became shareholder and Chairman of Healthscreen Solutions (MDU-TSX), a medical services company. Under Frank's guidance as Chairman, Healthscreen earned the #1 spot on Profit Magazines "Hot 50" in 2007.
One of Frank's newer ventures is the founding of The Streaming Network, launched in September 2006. The Streaming Network is a next-generation communications company that provides web streaming, hosting and distribution, IP video, and video email services. Its immediate focus is on the North American market with plans to expand into Europe, Australia and the Pacific Rim in the near future.
Frank’s newest business venture has begun with long time friend Luciano DiMatteo, founding the wireless communications provider, Wish Mobile. Frank’s aspiration for his new company lies in becoming Bell Mobility’s largest and most successful dealer in the country.

Teri Scott - President
Teri graduated from McMaster University and began her career in Social Work for a government funded organization in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. After working for the organization for a few short years, Teri realized that helping people and networking came natural to her, and although the role was rewarding, she was looking for what she later realized was a career that would allow her to explore her entrepreneurial spirit.
Realizing that Social Work wasn't her true calling, Teri decided to further her education and gain credibility in Human Resources by obtaining her degree in Human Resource Management. After a few years in the corporate world as a Human Resource Manager, Teri quickly learned that her passion was in recruitment, and decided she needed a role that would allow her to learn and perfect her skill set. In the four years prior to joining Peoplesource, Teri worked with the largest privately held human resource consulting firm in North America- learning the fundamental basics of the Staffing Industry, and ultimately putting into place key elements that she learned throughout her earlier roles; the importance of loyalty, customer service and fostering relationships.
In 2007 with an exceptional team behind her she successfully launched a start up staffing business into the Tri-city area, establishing two offices in Cambridge and Kitchener/Waterloo. In 2008, the company was recognized by Profit Magazine as the 25th fastest growing company in Canada and the fastest growing Human Resources Consulting Firm in the country. In 2009 she used the same philosophy on a larger scale and began overseeing all of the six Peoplesource offices; creating infrastructure, cohesiveness and a desire to exceed her customers' expectations. Celebrating success with her clients and continuing to build lasting and rewarding relationships has always been the most satisfying aspect of the role for Teri.
In 2010, Teri was promoted to President and Co-Owner of Peoplesource, working alongside of Frank, Teri was able to continue to promote his vision of creating a recruitment firm with an entrepreneurial approach. Peoplesource has been honoured with several amazing achievements but for Teri she is most proud to have received The Best Workplaces 2009 award, ranking 9th in all of Canada. This award is based on the internal workings of an organization whereby trust and integrity are the determining criteria. Teri vows to never compromise values, to lead Peoplesource in creative thinking, fresh ideas and unique experiences making the recruitment process enjoyable and successful at all levels.
