History
PEOPLEsource was founded by John Nalli and Frank Cianciulli in September 2003. John was frustrated with the industry's lack of attention to the needs of different clients and Frank was a serial entrepreneur looking to begin another successful venture. John with his industry savvy knowledge and Frank with his acute business acumen identified this market need and addressed it by creating a recruiting firm with an entrepreneurial approach. Not only in the way that it ensures its own success as a business, but also in the way that it drives both the job seekers and the employers towards the same objective.

- PEOPLEsource opens its first office in Mississauga
2004
- PEOPLEsource opens its second branch office in Barrie
2005
- Mississauga branch wins Readers’ Choice BEST STAFFING FIRM Award
- PEOPLEsource opens its third branch office in Cambridge
2006
- PEOPLEsource is ranked #22 in Profit Magazine’s Hot 50 List
- Frank Cianciulli wins the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2006
(Emerging Entrepreneur – Ontario) - Mississauga branch wins Readers’ Choice BEST STAFFING FIRM Award
- PEOPLEsource acquires Toronto-based Staffing Strategies Inc. and converts it into its
fourth branch
2007
- PEOPLEsource is ranked #25 in Profit Magazine’s Hot 50 List
- Barrie branch wins Readers’ Choice BEST STAFFING FIRM Award

- PEOPLEsource opens office in Brampton
- The Corporate Head Office is opened in Liberty Village, Toronto
- PEOPLEsource opens its sixth branch office in Kitchener
- PEOPLEsource Staffing Solutions Inc. selected as a Regional Finalist in Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies program for 2008
- PEOPLEsource wins Best Places to Work in Canada (ranked 9th)
