Peoplesource’s On-Site service is a workforce management program where we partner with our clients to enhance their use of flexible staff while we develop strategic solutions.  Our On-Site program is a cost-efficient approach to managing a flexible workforce through the use of a dedicated Peoplesource On-Site Manager, located at a client’s facility.  Our solution is designed to reduce our client’s overall human resources expenditures while managing productivity and focusing on efficiencies through continuous improvement.  The On-Site Manager is an HR professional who manages their entire flexible workforce, including affiliate vendors.

Time and Attendance Management Systems
Our Time and Attendance System allows Peoplesource to determine areas that may be improved in the day-to-day management of the flexible workforce.  Once the strengths and weaknesses have been identified, the Account Management System is utilized to manage performance objectives set by both Peoplesource and the client.  Some features allow real-time viewing of reports detailing who’s in, who’s out, who’s late, etc.
